If you're unable to download reports from the BackOffice to your computer, it is likely an issue with security settings on your computer or browser. All Download buttons are configured to open the PDF in a new tab so that you can preview the report prior to downloading it. If a new tab does not open, this is likely due to pop-up blockers.

Allow Pop-ups for the BackOffice in Google Chrome

By default, Google Chrome blocks pop-ups from automatically showing up on your screen. When a pop-up is blocked, the address bar will be marked with the "Pop-up blocked" indicator icon. To allow popups for a specific site such as the Parse BackOffice when the notification appears:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. Navigate to Parse BackOffice in the browser and log in.
  3. Click on the Download button for the report you want to download (where the pop-up is blocked).
  4. In the address bar, click the Pop-up blocked icon (pop-up blocked).
  5. Click the link (dashboard.parsepos.com) for the pop-up you want to see.
  6. To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] > Done.

Alternatively, you can customize your settings in Chrome to always allow pop-ups from a specific site:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More (pop-up blocked) and then Settings.
  3. Under "Privacy and security," click Site Settings.
  4. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
  5. In the "Allow" section, click the Add button.
  6. Enter the domain for the Parse Backoffice: "https://dashboard.parsepos.com"
