If your business is open seasonally or has to temporarily close, we can make your account dormant for the duration of your off-season. Note that you can only place your accounts in dormant if you're paying month-to-month, are not on a contract, and plan to carry zero register licenses for a period of time.
What services do I receive with a Dormant account?
After making your account dormant, you will still have full access to the Parse BackOffice. This allows you to view reports and manage your menu in preparation for your reopening.
